Monroe Consulting Group, recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organization in Indonesia, seeks an experienced VP Operations & Strategy to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth across the organization.

The role partners with the executive team to translate business strategy into actionable priorities, leads hospital-wide transformation, and oversees cross-functional performance to improve patient flow, service quality, and overall patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare/hospital management, with senior leadership exposure.
• Strong track record in hospital operations, strategy, transformation, or operational excellence.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with C-level executives.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive leadership team to translate business strategy into operational priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Lead hospital-wide operational excellence, transformation, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional performance and drive improvements in patient flow, service quality, productivity, and patient experience.
• Support business growth through service expansion, new initiatives, and continuous improvement of the operating model.
• Establish strong performance management, governance, and operational KPI frameworks.
• Drive collaboration across clinical, commercial, finance, and support functions to ensure execution of strategic priorities.
