Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is seeking a Patient Referral Manager for an international healthcare organization to establish and expand its presence in Indonesia. You will build partnerships, develop patient referral networks, and drive cross-border medical services from a local base.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in healthcare business development and strong relationship-building skills to engage hospitals, clinics, and specialist doctors across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in healthcare, hospitals, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, or related sectors.
• Proven track record in business development, partnership management, account management, or patient referral activities.
• Experience working with healthcare stakeholders and provider networks.

Responsibilities

• Develop Patient Referral Networks: Build and expand referral channels across Indonesia to support sustainable business growth.
• Establish Strategic Healthcare Partnerships: Develop relationships with hospitals, specialist doctors, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
• Identify International Treatment Opportunities: Promote international healthcare solutions, including medical treatment referrals and second-opinion services.
• Generate & Manage Referrals: Create new referral opportunities through existing networks and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate Cross-Border Patient Activities: Work closely with regional teams to ensure seamless execution of patient referral processes.
• Monitor Business Development Performance: Track referral pipelines, business opportunities, and KPI achievement.
• Provide Market Intelligence: Deliver regular updates on healthcare market trends, partnership opportunities, and competitive insights.
