The role is to lead commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and cultivate important business partnerships.

You will oversee sales and marketing execution, manage corporate and insurance accounts, and develop teams and pipelines to achieve ambitious targets in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospital/healthcare sales or commercial roles.
• Experience in revenue growth, partnerships, and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and strengthen market presence.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, insurance partners, and other key business accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strategic partnerships to increase revenue and customer acquisition.
• Lead and develop the sales and account management team to achieve agreed commercial objectives.
• Establish sales targets, account development plans, and pipelines while monitoring overall performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop relevant commercial programs and service offerings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
• Provide regular commercial performance updates and recommendations to senior management.
