The Head of OmniCommerce will lead and accelerate the company’s OmniCommerce business, with full ownership of the OmniCommerce P&L and accountability for revenue growth, profitability, margin, operating costs, and overall commercial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the OmniCommerce and Digital Commerce strategy across owned e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, marketplaces, social commerce, and emerging digital channels.
- Drive sustainable sales growth, profitability, customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and lifetime value through a customer-centric and data-driven approach.
- Lead omnichannel transformation and deliver seamless customer journeys across online and offline channels, ensuring a consistent brand and customer experience.
- Manage channel performance and strategic relationships with marketplace and external partners, including commercial negotiations, joint business planning, promotions, and performance reviews.
- Partner closely with Marketing, CRM & Loyalty, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Store Operations, IT, and Regional teams to deliver integrated business outcomes.
- Leverage customer data, analytics, and business intelligence to identify growth opportunities, optimize performance, and support business decisions.
- Lead, develop, and build a high-performing OmniCommerce team with a strong commercial and customer-focused mindset.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the Managing Director and leadership team on business performance, growth opportunities, investments, and strategic priorities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Technology, or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- 10–15 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, digital commerce, omnichannel, or commercial leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in driving online sales growth, P&L management, and omnichannel transformation.
- Experience in Health & Beauty, FMCG, Retail, Consumer Goods, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with expertise in e-commerce, omnichannel operations, CRM, loyalty, digital marketing, analytics, and performance management.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
