Job summary

PT DFI Retail Nusantara Tbk is seeking a Head of OmniCommerce to own the P&L and drive revenue growth across online and offline channels. You will define digital commerce strategy, manage partner relationships, and lead a high-performing team to deliver integrated customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include steering omnichannel transformation, leveraging data analytics, and collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Regional teams to optimize performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Technology or related field.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, digital commerce, omnichannel, or commercial leadership.
• At least 5 years in a senior management role.
• Proven track record in driving online sales growth, P&L management, and omnichannel transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OmniCommerce and Digital Commerce strategy across owned platforms, apps, marketplaces, social channels.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and customer lifetime value via data-driven approach.
• Lead omnichannel transformation and seamless online-offline customer journeys.
• Manage channel performance and relationships with marketplace partners and promotions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM & Loyalty, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and regional teams.
