Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Head of Infrastructure to lead civil infrastructure and utility packages for a flagship coastal resort project in South Lombok, Indonesia. This on-site role requires a seasoned leader to guide engineering judgment, manage budgets, schedules, and contractor teams while aligning with the master development plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of experience delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role on integrated developments or similar.
• Hands-on experience with earthworks, roads, drainage, and utilities.
• Fluent English for international stakeholder communication.
• Willingness to be based full-time on-site in South Lombok, Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utility packages.
• Review surveys, designs, specifications to identify constructability issues and risks.
• Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and risk across packages.
• Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and specialists across work packages.
• Ensure QA/QC and HSE standards throughout construction activities.
• Oversee commissioning and testing before handover.
• Prepare regular executive reports on schedules, progress, and risks.
• Build and lead the infrastructure delivery team across functions.
• Close-out project with as-built docs, warranties, and handover documentation.
