Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a seasoned Head of Infrastructure to lead the delivery of civil infrastructure and utility systems for a large-scale resort development in South Lombok, Indonesia.

The role requires 10+ years in major civil projects and at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity, with strong scheduling, contractor coordination, and English communication skills. On-site, full-time commitment is expected to drive safe, on-time completion and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects with multiple packages.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role managing complex infrastructure developments.
• Strong hands-on experience with earthworks, roads, drainage, and utility installations.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, geotechnical considerations, and quality assurance.
• Experience coordinating electrical distribution, water systems, CCTV, and telecom services.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and ability to review AutoCAD/Civil 3D drawings.
• Fluent in English for communication with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utility packages.
• Review engineering surveys, designs, specs and docs to identify constructability issues and risks.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, procurement, risks, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and subcontractors across packages.
• Establish QA, QC, HSE standards across construction activities.
• Oversee commissioning and testing of utility systems before handover.
• Monitor progress, contractor performance, cost control, procurement dependencies, risks.
• Prepare executive reports on schedules, progress, budgets, risks, and decisions.
• Build and lead the infrastructure delivery team and ensure close-out documentation.
