Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Head of Infrastructure for a flagship coastal resort project in South Lombok, Indonesia. You will lead the civil infrastructure and utility delivery across multiple packages, ensuring safety, on-time execution, and alignment with the master development plan.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of large-scale project delivery, 3+ years in leadership, and strong English communication to coordinate with international stakeholders. On-site commitment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role managing complex infrastructure developments.
• Experience coordinating utility infrastructure including electrical distribution, water systems, CCTV, telecoms.
• Fluency in English for international stakeholders and technical reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utility packages, ensuring safety, schedule, and masterplan alignment.
• Review surveys, designs, and documentation to identify constructability issues and risks.
• Develop and monitor infrastructure schedules, budgets, procurement, risks, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate multiple contractors and consultants across simultaneous work packages.
• Oversee QA/QC, HSE standards, and commissioning for utility systems.
