Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Head of Infrastructure to lead the civil infrastructure and utility delivery for a large-scale resort development in South Lombok, Indonesia. This senior role oversees planning, design reviews, construction execution, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams.

You will manage budgets, schedules, risk, and quality, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and robust handover documentation for long-term operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects with multiple packages.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role managing complex developments.
• Hands-on experience with earthworks, roads, drainage, stormwater, retaining structures, slope stabilization, and site utilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English to communicate with international stakeholders; willingness to be on-site in South Lombok.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of civil infrastructure and utility packages safely and on schedule.
• Review surveys, designs, and specifications to identify constructability issues and risks.
• Develop and monitor infrastructure schedules, budgets, procurement, risks, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate multiple contractors, consultants, and subcontractors across packages.
• Establish and enforce QA/QC, HSE standards across construction activities.
• Oversee commissioning and testing of electrical, water, drainage, CCTV, and telecom systems.
• Monitor progress, performance, costs, procurement dependencies, and risks; take corrective actions.
• Prepare executive reports on schedules, budgets, progress, and decisions.
• Build, mentor, and lead the infrastructure delivery team across functions.
• Ensure complete close-out with as-built docs, warranties, and handover records.
