Description du poste

• Lead and monitor IT Operations teams to ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and continuity of critical banking systems, including network, server, storage, database, and Data Center & Disaster Recovery Center (DC & DRC) infrastructure.
• Ensure IT operations and service delivery meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead IT Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) implementation, coordinate disaster recovery testing, and ensure operational readiness and business continuity.
• Manage IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure teams to resolve incidents, minimize downtime, and maintain optimal service performance for bank-wide end-users.
• Develop infrastructure capacity planning and propose CAPEX & OPEX budgets for IT infrastructure development, maintenance, and operational requirements.
• Manage IT operational resources, vendor contracts, and maintenance agreements while ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business needs.
• Lead team development through coaching, performance management, and succession planning, while collaborating with other IT departments to improve operational effectiveness.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing IT teams, preferably in IT Operations, IT Infrastructure, or IT Service Delivery within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including network, server, storage, database, Data Center, and Disaster Recovery Center (DC & DRC) operations.
• Good understanding of banking application environments, including banking channels, core banking systems, and regulatory applications.
• Proven experience in IT budget management, CAPEX & OPEX planning, vendor management, and infrastructure capacity planning.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management, incident management, disaster recovery, risk management, and IT governance.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, particularly in handling critical incidents affecting banking transactions and operations.
