Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years managing IT teams in banking/financial services.
• Strong IT infrastructure knowledge: network, servers, storage, DC/DRC.
• Experience with budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, vendor management, governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor IT Operations teams to ensure availability and performance of critical banking systems.
• Ensure IT operations meet SLAs, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead IT Disaster Recovery Plan implementation and testing.
• Manage IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure teams to minimize downtime.
• Develop capacity planning and budget proposals for IT infrastructure.
• Oversee vendor contracts and maintenance agreements for cost efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members and collaborate with IT peers to improve operations.
