OCBC Indonesia is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Delivery & Maintenance Lead to drive technology infrastructure delivery, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. You will lead a team of infrastructure professionals, overseeing end-to-end projects to ensure reliability, resilience, and modernization of our tech infrastructure.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects and operations.
• Strong knowledge across servers/storage, cloud, networking, virtualization, endpoints, or ITSM.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or similarly regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, DR/BCP, and infrastructure delivery frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

In this role, you'll lead a team of infrastructure professionals, oversee end-to-end infrastructure projects, and ensure the reliability, resilience, and modernization of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Oversee daily infrastructure operations and maintenance across servers, storage, networks, cloud, endpoints, and virtualization.
• Drive IT service management excellence, including incident, problem, change, SLA, and vendor management.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects and operations.
• Strong technical expertise across at least three areas: servers/storage, cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), networking, virtualization, endpoints, or ITSM.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or similarly regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, SDLC, DR/BCP, and infrastructure delivery frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
