Overview

Scope of work:

• Collaborate with application team, project team, other IT teams, operations, business units and external parties to support and deliver various project or application tasks and activities.
• Conduct administrative duties, such as drafting necessary forms and requests.
• Support SIT, UAT and other project or application tasks and activities with stakeholders including other application teams, project teams, external parties, and business users.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years as Technical Delivery Manager, IT Application Specialist or Technical Support in Banking/Fintech industries.
• Have experience/knowledge in internet banking project (personal internet banking or mobile internet banking is preferable).
• Have knowledge of SDLC & Agile Project Management Methodology within fast-paced environment.
• Have knowledge and experience in executing commands related to Linux, Solaris, JBoss, Java 8 based application & Oracle DB.
• Have knowledge and experience in conducting investigation/troubleshooting related to Linux, Solaris, Jboss, Java 8 based application & Oracle DB.
• Proficiency with English (written and oral) is mandatory.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Demonstrate basic knowledge of hardware installations & configuration, network, software and application.
