Job summary

Tereos Group in Indonesia seeks an experienced HR Supervisor to lead end-to-end HR processes, recruitment, and talent development in a factory setting.

You will drive performance management, salary reviews, industrial relations, and liaison with government agencies to ensure compliant HR operations and a safe, productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
• Minimum 5 years in HR supervisory role or 3 years in HR management within a factory environment.
• Assertive with effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken & written).
• Holding a BNSP certification is an advantage.

• Develop and implement annual people plan.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and talent development.
