Ideal candidate has 10+ years in F&B with senior leadership, strong P&L skills, and proven revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Management, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall F&B strategies and annual plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead and oversee F&B operations, outlets performance, business development, sales and marketing, and customer experience.
• Monitor financial results, P&L, cost efficiency, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with stakeholders including partners, suppliers, landlords, and internal teams.
• Lead organizational development and operational excellence across all F&B businesses.
