Job summary

Thamrin Group in Palembang is seeking a General Manager F&B to lead the entire Food & Beverage portfolio. You will drive performance across outlets, brands, and business units, shaping commercial strategy and operational excellence while delivering sustainable growth.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 10 years in the F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple outlets, brands, or units.
Strong expertise in F&B operations, business development, sales and marketing strategy, and customer experience.
Proven track record in driving revenue growth, profitability, and multi-outlet management.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement overall F&B strategies and annual business plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
Lead and oversee F&B operations, outlets performance, business development, and customer experience.
Monitor financial results, P&L, cost efficiency, market trends, and drive continuous improvement.
Build relationships with partners, suppliers, landlords, brand partners, and internal teams to support growth.
Lead organizational development and operational excellence across all F&B businesses.
