The GM will drive operational excellence across multi-outlet operations, build strong management teams, oversee P&L, control food and labor costs, and ensure brand standards.

Based in Medan, you will collaborate with HR, Finance, Purchasing, Marketing, and local teams. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Management/Business/Hospitality, 6+ years in F&B with 3+ years

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in F&B, including 3+ years leading multi-outlet operations.
• Strong P&L ownership and cost control knowledge.
• Proven leadership and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and represent the brand.

• Identify recurring operational issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop and improve SOPs, maintenance, and escalation processes.
• Strengthen the management team and talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Purchasing, Marketing and local teams.
