About the Challenge

Are you ready to lead and drive the overall Food & Beverage business, strengthen operational excellence, and accelerate sustainable business growth?

As a General Manager F&B, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the overall Food & Beverage business across Thamrin Group, including business performance, operations, commercial strategy, and organizational development. You will play a key role in driving revenue and profitability, strengthening customer experience, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring sustainable growth across all F&B businesses.

You will work closely with F&B operational teams, business and brand leaders, suppliers, business partners, and supporting functions to identify new business opportunities, improve operational performance, strengthen market positioning, and ensure consistent execution across all F&B operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial or leadership position overseeing multiple outlets, brands, or business units.

• Strong expertise in F&B operations, business development, sales and marketing strategy, outlet performance management, customer experience, and multi-outlet management.

• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, improving profitability, managing P&L, optimizing operational costs, and developing business strategies.

• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, financial analysis, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong understanding of F&B market trends and customer behavior.

• Lead organizational development and operational excellence across all F&B businesses by strengthening leadership capabilities, improving processes and standards, managing resources effectively, and ensuring sustainable business performance.
