Job summary

Bina Nusantara University seeks a Community & Corporate Connection Section Head to lead outreach and partnerships with schools, corporate partners, and related communities. The role focuses on promoting brand awareness, designing customer journeys, and driving student intake through strong channel partnerships.

The position requires strategic sales planning, relationship management, and data-driven marketing actions to maximize engagement and enrollment across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Gambarated Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience for senior staff level.
• Experience in building partnerships and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of effective sales and promotion strategies to raise awareness, attention, and acquisition of schools, corporate and partners.
• Build and manage strong relationships with related communities in Indonesia to improve brand awareness and engagement.
• Develop and maintain communication with corporate partners in Indonesia.
• Analyze market and decision-making behavior to create effective customer journey plans for lead optimization.
• Maintain partnerships to create sales channels and agents for student intake.
• Monitor and analyze channel performance and create action plans to maximize conversions.
• Analyze data to inform promotion actions and student intake initiatives.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to design customer journeys and sales personas.
• Provide technical advice on marketing issues and cost management for promotions.
• Management support: report to supervisor and suggest process improvements; contribute to Quality Management System.
