Job summary

People Search International in Jakarta seeks a seasoned Head of Student Recruitment & Admissions to lead branding, marketing, and enrollment efforts across university partnerships and digital channels.

You will build a high-performing team, set KPIs, manage multi-channel recruitment, and drive data-driven campaigns from lead to enrollment, while strengthening relations with high schools and education partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1); Master’s degree (S2) preferred.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment/admissions.
• Experience in university or higher education environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales funnel management.
• Data-driven with ability to use recruitment metrics for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding strategies through PR, media relations, public engagement, and partnerships.
• Lead marketing and student lead-generation initiatives, including digital marketing and school partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with high schools and education partners to strengthen recruitment.
• Manage recruitment and conversion across channels: calls, WhatsApp, Zoom, campus visits, tests.
• Lead enrollment, retention, onboarding, and re-registration processes.
• Build and optimize the recruitment funnel from lead to enrollment.
• Analyze data and campaign performance to identify improvements.
• Lead and evaluate the Recruitment/Admissions team across branding, marketing, sales, and enrollment.
• Set targets, KPIs, and performance standards for the team.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance and enrollment forecasts.
