Job summary

PT Euroasiatic Jaya is seeking an experienced HR leader in Indonesia to manage recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives. You will drive talent management, succession planning, and organizational development to strengthen the workforce and align HR practices with business goals.

The role requires strong interview and competency-based assessment skills, plus the ability to manage multiple projects and supervise a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years as a Supervisor.
• Strong experience in Recruitment/Talent Management/Organization Development, Onboarding, and Employee Separation Process.
• Understanding of Indonesian employment regulations and modern HR practices.
• Strong interviewing and competency-based assessment skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from manpower planning to offers.
• Ensure effective onboarding and a positive employee experience.
• Develop and implement Talent Management programs including reviews, succession planning, and development.
• Implement Organizational Development programs to support growth and effectiveness.
• Provide consultation and support to management on HR needs.
• Manage termination processes in compliance with regulations.

Job description

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower planning and sourcing to selection and interviews, to job offers.

Ensure the new employee onboarding process is effective and provides a positive employee experience.

Develop and implement a Talent Management program, including talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development.

Implement and develop an Organizational Development (OD) program to support organizational growth and effectiveness.

Provide consultation and support to management regarding organizational needs and HR management.

Manage the termination process and ensure all employment procedures are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.

Qualifications:
