Job summary

PT Metro Mitra Sarana in Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across hospital and corporate functions. You will source, screen, interview, assess, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding to fill roles efficiently.

You will develop recruitment strategies, collaborate with hiring managers to identify needs, build a strong talent pipeline, track metrics, prepare reports, and support employer branding while ensuring compliance with company policies

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across hospital and corporate functions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, offering, onboarding coordination).
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across hospital and corporate functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, job specifications, and recruitment priorities.
• Source and attract potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage recruitment activities for medical, non-medical, operational, and managerial positions across hospital units.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and candidate database to support current and future workforce needs.
• Monitor recruitment performance, including time-to-fill, recruitment effectiveness, and hiring targets.
• Prepare recruitment reports, analyze recruitment data, and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction programs.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, applicable labor regulations, and confidentiality standards.
