Responsibilities

• Coordinate personnel administration and ensure data accuracy per SOP.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit-clearance.
• Manage attendance and leave, validate requests and prepare recaps.
• Prepare HR generalist reports and analyze workforce data.
• Socialize HC policies and gather employee feedback for improvement.
• Oversee HRIS data accuracy before further processing.

Job description

Coordinate personnel administration — oversee the completeness and accuracy of employee data and documents, and ensure administrative processes run on time, per SOP, and are well documented.

Support onboarding and offboarding — coordinate onboarding administration for new hires and manage the offboarding and exit-clearance process.

Manage employee relations and services — handle employee questions and complaints responsively, follow up on personnel issues, and support employee engagement programs.

Ensure HRIS data accuracy — verify data entered into the HRIS, including attendance and leave, before further processing.

Support Human Capital policy implementation — socialize HC policies, ensure consistent application in the field, and gather employee feedback for improvement.

Manage attendance and leave — oversee accurate and timely attendance, validate leave and permit requests, and prepare attendance recaps.

Prepare HC generalist reports — compile periodic activity reports and analyze workforce data to support decision-making.

Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in HR/personnel operations, including a minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory or coordinator capacity. Experience in a manufacturing, retail, or F&B environment is an advantage.

HRIS operation and data management; attendance & leave administration.

Onboarding & offboarding / exit-clearance processes.

Reporting and workforce data analysis; proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
