Responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements from various departments and ensure they are translated into system solutions.
• Analyze existing processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements through system optimization or development.
• Coordinate enhancement initiatives from requirement gathering to testing and deployment.
• Align testing with business requirements; coordinate UAT with users and obtain approvals before implementation.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to address requirements and system development.

Job description

Identify, analyze, and document business requirements from various departments, ensuring they are translated into appropriate system solutions.

Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and propose process improvements through system optimization or application development.

Coordinate system enhancement initiatives and application development projects, covering the entire process from requirement gathering, scope definition, development coordination, and testing to deployment.

Ensure testing activities align with business requirements, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with users, and ensure system changes are properly documented and obtain the necessary approvals before implementation.

Collaborate with business users, internal IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that business requirements, issues, and system development initiatives are addressed as agreed.

Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, data quality, business process effectiveness, and user productivity.

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role.

Understand business processes, system analysis, and requirement gathering.

Familiar with BRD/FRD, SDLC, system integration, and UAT.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proactive and solution-oriented.
