Candidates will engage in executive-ready reporting, financial modelling, and cross-functional collaboration with subsidiary leaders to identify opportunities and implement actionable recommendations.

Qualifikationen

• Approximately 4–7 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment analysis, transaction advisory, corporate development, private equity/credit, or strategy.
• Strong command of financial statements, financial ratio analysis, cash flow, working capital, Excel modelling and basic valuation.
• Ability to work with incomplete or inconsistent information, identify data gaps and distinguish evidence from assumptions.
• Clear written communication, concise executive-ready PowerPoint, and ability to translate analysis into practical recommendations.
• Able to manage parallel workstreams independently, maintain follow-through and collaborate with finance teams and subsidiary leaders.

1. Portfolio Intelligence & Management Reporting: Review available P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow reports; assess data reliability, profitability, cash conversion and operating KPIs. Develop comparable financial snapshots, dashboards, executive review packs, issue logs and follow-up trackers.

2. Investment Screening: Research acquisition targets, maintain the deal pipeline, evaluate strategic fit, develop preliminary valuation and financial models, prepare screening memos and support due diligence.

3. Portfolio Discovery: Prepare field visits and stakeholder interviews; document business models, operating capabilities, reporting ownership, shared services and opportunities across portfolios.

4. Value Creation Support: Identify cross-portfolio opportunities; build revenue and cost models, pilot business cases, implementation milestones and KPI baselines; coordinate and track agreed initiatives with BU owners.
