Job summary

Bali Home Immo in Bali seeks a Guest Relations Officer to serve as the primary liaison between tenants and property owners, ensuring smooth check-ins, handling mid-stay issues, and documenting records for ongoing rentals.

You will coordinate with rental agents, manage inventories, resolve maintenance concerns, and maintain CRM logs to deliver exceptional service to international guests and owners. Minimum 1 year in hospitality or guest relations required.
