Job summary
Bali Dream Living Real Estate is seeking a Guest Relations Officer to support the Villa Manager in daily villa operations in Bali, greeting guests, coordinating check-ins/check-outs, and ensuring villas are ready for arrivals. Requirements include English fluency, 1+ year in villa/hotel/front office, friendliness, and comfort with WhatsApp.
A motorbike is required. The role offers a fixed monthly salary, fuel allowance, THR, and potential progression to Villa Supervisor/Manager for top
Qualifications
- Good spoken English to look after international guests.
- At least 1 year of villa, hotel or front office experience.
- Friendly, well presented and calm under pressure.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and phone apps.
- Own motorbike.
- Work 6 days a week with 1 rotating day off.
- Fixed monthly salary.
- Fuel allowance.
- THR.
- Path up to Villa Supervisor and Villa Manager for high performers.
Responsibilities

- Check each villa before guests arrive and make sure everything is ready: clean, working and complete
- Help guests with their requests during the stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and the technician on site
- Report to the Villa Manager every day

Bali Dream Living manages daily rental villas in the Uluwatu area of Bali. The Guest Relations Officer will help the Villa Manager run the villas day to day, welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring villas are ready for arrivals.
- Welcome guests at check-in with a short villa tour and key handover
- Handle check-outs: check the villa's condition, inventory and keys
- Check each villa before guests arrive and make sure everything is ready: clean, working and complete
- Help guests with their requests during the stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and the technician on site
- Report to the Villa Manager every day
