Aufgaben

• Maintain the quality of existing performance standards by monitoring self-appearance, equipment, attitude, and service to guests.
• Determine and update all information regarding the redemption operational.
• Assist Redemption Officer to make daily report conjunction with the customer promo and daily stock, based on CRM system.
• Provide administrative support in regards to CRM matters, according to customers.
• Operation CRM system during operational based on temporary promo.
