gli is seeking a Marketing CRM Loyalty Specialist in Tangerang to manage customer reward and prize redemption processes, monitor gift fulfillment and delivery, and maintain accurate customer databases.

You will support CRM, loyalty and customer engagement programs, prepare campaign reports, handle inquiries related to promotions, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth program execution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, or E-commerce.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with good administrative abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in loyalty programs or customer engagement is a plus.
