MatchaTalent in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to lead customer relationship management across its luxury retail portfolio. You will transform customer data into insights and drive targeted campaigns with Marketing, Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Training teams.

The ideal candidate has strong CRM, analytics, and clienteling skills, with deep understanding of luxury consumers and multi-channel retail in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–8 years of CRM, BI, data analysis, or clienteling experience preferred.
• Experience in luxury retail or premium consumer brands is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategies for acquisition, retention, reactivation, and long-term value.
• Plan and manage email and SMS marketing calendars aligned with launches and campaigns.
• Design automated customer journeys (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, VIP) and optimize them.
• Build 1:1 clienteling programs to grow HNWI portfolios and high-value customers.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Marketing to strengthen clienteling at boutique level.
• Monitor CRM adoption across stores and establish store KPIs to drive sales.
• Create customer segmentation models and analyze purchasing behavior across profiles and channels.
• Produce regular CRM, analytics, and BI reports for Marketing and Retail leadership.
• Translate data insights into actionable sales strategies and inventory alignment.
• Lead improvements to CRM tooling and training to enhance the customer journey.
