Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in guest relations, front office or villa management is preferred.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong administrative abilities.
Willing to work mobile between Canggu and Uluwatu.
Proactive, responsible and coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

Handle guest check-in & check-out professionally.
Coordinate reservations, arrivals, departures, and guest requests with admin staff.
Be responsive on WhatsApp for urgent guest matters, including days off.
Coordinate between guest, housekeeping, maintenance, admin, and management.
Ensure guest comfort in the villa and anticipate needs.
Show initiative and problem-solving beyond instructions.
Keep guest notes, reports, and follow-ups detailed and organized.
Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally.
Be mobile between villas in Canggu & Uluwatu.
Flexible with working hours, days off, weekends, and holidays.
