Job summary

You’ll use the hotel PMS, process payments, upsell amenities, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Strong English and a friendly, proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest service or front office within hospitality.
• Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and front office procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English proficiency.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and passion for providing exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, complete check-in/check-out, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys, and provide welcome materials.
• Process guest departures, verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts, and use the POS system.
• Provide knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information.
• Promote hotel services and upsell amenities to maximize revenue.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and urgency.
