Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or front office within hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with PMS and front office procedures.
• Well-organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency; other languages are a plus.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm welcome and complete check-in/check-out.
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests and provide local knowledge.
• Promote hotel services and upsell amenities to enhance guest experience.
