Job summary

The Lagoon Bali in Legian, Bali, is seeking a Front Office professional to warmly welcome guests, check them in accurately using our PMS, and ensure a smooth arrival.

You will manage reservations, confirm bookings, handle modifications or cancellations, and provide guests with information about local attractions. A Diploma in Hospitality and at least 1 year in Front Office, with Indonesian and English proficiency, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of Front Office experience in hotels, villas, resorts, or hospitality.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and check them in using the hotel PMS.
• Manage guest reservations and handle modifications or cancellations.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions in Bali.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve guest issues promptly for high satisfaction.
• Process payments during check-out and assist with luggage guidance.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Management for smooth operations.
• Handle night audit on night shift.
