You will promote the Marriott image, assist with transportation and day trips, communicate clearly with guests and colleagues, and work with teams to ensure exceptional service and memorable experiences in Bali.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and salesmanship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication, Japanese N3 level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest relations: listen, respond to questions, resolve concerns using brand processes.
• Thank guests with genuine appreciation and address service needs promptly.
• Promote brand image and maximize revenue while maintaining loyalty.
• Assist with transportation arrangements and book day trips on request.
