Job summary

Raw gym in Bali is seeking a friendly Front Office Receptionist to greet members, handle check-ins, registrations, and inquiries, and support daily front desk operations.

The role requires good English communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced gym environment, willingness to work morning/afternoon/weekend shifts, and prior customer service experience is a plus. Preference for Bali-based or willing to work in Uluwatu area.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle check-ins, registrations, and membership inquiries.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and other customer inquiries.
• Provide information about gym facilities, classes, and pricing.
• Manage bookings for classes and personal training sessions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.
• Support daily operational needs of the gym.
