Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, seeks a seasoned Sales & Marketing Manager to lead daily hotel sales operations and drive revenue through strategic account development and guest relationships.

You will manage a sales team, develop promotions, and align with the DOS to meet property goals, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining brand standards across all events and catering opportunities.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements: 2-year or 4-year degree in related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years in sales/marketing or related professional area (2-year track) or 1+ year (4-year track).

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages day-to-day sales activities.
• Develops and executes sales plans addressing revenue, customers, and market segments.
• Recommends booking goals and supports promotions.
• Participates in sales calls to acquire or close business.
