Job summary

The Luxury Collection Labuan Bajo is seeking a Front Office/Guest Services Associate to join our team. You will process guest check-ins, verify identities and payments, assign rooms, and issue keys, ensuring accuracy for each guest account.

You will also handle Marriott Rewards information and monitor rate alignment with market codes. You will compile daily reports, secure payments, prepare cashier closings, and assist guests with directions and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins, verify guest identity, form of payment, assign room, and issue room key.
• Set up accurate guest accounts according to requirements and enter Marriott Rewards information.
• Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions, and secure payment prior to issuing room key.
• Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists; balance and drop receipts; complete cashier and closing reports.
• Provide guests with directions and property information; accommodate requests and coordinate with staff as needed.
