Job summary

The Luxury Collection is seeking a hands-on Management professional to oversee daily housekeeping, recreation/health club, and laundry operations at Pantai Wae Rana, Labuan Bajo. You will supervise staff, ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards, and coordinate with Front Desk to maintain guest satisfaction and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or a 2-year hospitality degree, with relevant housekeeping experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and 2 years experience in housekeeping or related area.
• Or a 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Verifies guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspects guestrooms daily.
• Schedules and assigns rooms to be cleaned and tracks check-outs.
• Manages stock and supplies; ensures proper facilities and uniforms.
• Oversees inspections and enforces housekeeping policies and standards.
• Supports budget goals and aligns operations to financial objectives.
