Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia, seeks a Management-level Sales & Marketing Leader to oversee daily sales operations and develop long-term, value-based relationships that drive property sales objectives. You will lead the sales team, set bookings goals, and work with management to create strategic plans, promotions, and revenue-enhancing initiatives.

A 2-year or 4-year degree with relevant experience is required; strong leadership and hospitality sales skills

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or related field; 3 years of sales/marketing experience.
• OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in same fields; 1 year sales/marketing experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills in hospitality sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of the sales function and set bookings goals.
• Develop and implement sales plans addressing revenue and market needs.
• Participate in calls and client proposals to win new business.
• Monitor activities of direct reports and ensure contract delivery.
• Analyze market data to support revenue and catering goals.
