• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and service standards.
• Ensure staff follow company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor stock, equipment, and service supplies.
• Assist with staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Ensure food and beverage service quality is maintained.
• Prepare daily operational reports
