Nirwana Gardens in Bintan, Indonesia seeks an experienced outlet/restaurant operations lead to ensure daily operations run smoothly in line with SOP for food and beverage service. You will manage staff rosters, uphold hygiene standards, and drive customer satisfaction across dining outlets.

You will also focus on optimizing revenue, profitability and quality goals while collaborating with other departments to maintain safety and service excellence at a premier resort destination.

• Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a smooth flow.
• Train new employees to help them meet the restaurant's expectations and proper customer service practices.
• Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure daily operation of outlet / restaurant and bar comply with SOP by planning, monitoring and controlling food and beverage operation.
• Create work schedules that align with the restaurant's needs.
• Maintain a positive restaurant culture.
• Liaise with other departments to maintain the restaurant defect and safety.
