Job summary

PT Biko Indonesia is seeking a Host/Greeter for our Gading Serpong location in Tangerang, Banten. This full-time role is the first point of contact for guests, manages reservations, seats guests and ensures a smooth welcome that sets the tone for dining.

You will coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen, offer menus and recommendations, handle inquiries, maintain the host stand, process payments when needed, and present a professional image aligned with our hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Host, Greeter, or in a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent communication, warm and professional interaction with guests.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities during busy service.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and POS software.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome on arrival.
• Manage the host stand and seating according to capacity.
• Update and maintain reservations in the system.
• Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Provide menus and recommendations to guests.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand.
• Process payments as required.
• Assist with special requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Represent the brand with a polished appearance.
