Job summary

Qualifications

• Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management
• Has minimum 2 (Two) years experience in a similar position, 5 (five) stars in International Hotel Chain.
• Excellent English skills and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor room standards and suggest corrective actions to the Department Head
• Ensure strict control of room keys and assist in securing external guest accommodation during overbooking
• Keep public areas clean and up to standard
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering to block rooms for maintenance as needed
• Organise with Housekeeping to maintain cleaning schedules for in-house guests and arrivals
• Coordinate all repair and maintenance and report maintenance job orders
• Understand rate structures and promotional rates available
• Enter guest details accurately in the system following data-cleaning principles
• Stay aware of market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead
• Be flexible to redeploy to other departments as required to meet guest service needs
