Job summary

EGI RESOURCES is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to oversee Front Office, Housekeeping and Rooms Division operations in our Jakarta-area hotel. You will supervise and motivate teams, conduct briefings, delegate tasks, and uphold SOPs to ensure guest satisfaction during high-occupancy periods.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, with 5+ years in hospitality (2+ years in supervision). Strong English skills and proficiency with Hotel PMS are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in hospitality, preferably Front Office or Rooms Division.
• 2+ years in a Supervisor or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Rooms Division operations.
• Excellent knowledge of guest service, complaint handling, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, ability to supervise, motivate, and evaluate team members.
• Able to conduct team briefings, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Good understanding of hotel SOPs and service standards, with consistent implementation.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment during high-occupancy periods.
• Proficient in Hotel PMS and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Professional, disciplined, responsible, and able to work with different departments and teams.
• Preferred: experience in 4–5 star hotel; hotel pre-opening; additional languages.
