Job summary

• Bachelor degree in IT or Computer Science.
• 3–5 years IT management experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Familiar with hotel systems (PMS, POS, booking engines), network infrastructure, and Microsoft environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support all hotel IT systems including PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine and back-office systems.
• Build and monitor network infrastructure for high availability.
• Manage servers, storage, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Act as first contact for IT issues and escalate to vendors when needed.
• Maintain IT documentation and SOPs; train staff on IT systems.
