Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years related work experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to ensure optimum service and teamwork.
• Inspect grooming, attire, and ensure professional appearance.
• Handle opening/closing duties, setup, and inventory of supplies.
• Monitor dining room operations for seating, safety, and guest well-being.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and report issues to management.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching of employees.
• Uphold safety policies and protect company assets.
• Greet guests and respond to service needs with a courteous attitude.

Education
