Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) required.
• Professional certification or engineering license advantageous; certification in safety, fire systems, or building management preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel maintenance preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering or maintenance; 3-5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience managing hotel facilities, maintenance programs, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise engineering and maintenance operations.
• Lead and manage engineering teams with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.
• Oversee facilities maintenance, preventive programs, and cost controls.
• Coordinate with other departments and external contractors as needed.
