Job summary

Pemedal Beach Resort is seeking a dedicated Front Office professional for our resort in Nusa Lembongan, Bali. This full-time role is the first point of contact for guests, delivering warm hospitality and top-notch service throughout their stay.

You will handle check-ins, reservations, guest inquiries and daily front desk operations, collaborating with housekeeping and other teams to ensure memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office, reception or guest services in hospitality.
• Excellent English communication and professional appearance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to learn PMS systems and resort procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly; manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Process reservations, modifications and cancellations in the PMS.
• Provide information on facilities, local attractions and dining options.
• Handle inquiries and resolve concerns professionally while staying calm.
• Answer calls and emails; manage front desk operations and payments.
• Maintain records of guest data and special requests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless stays.
• Assist with administrative tasks and daily reporting.
