Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in Front Office, Reception, Guest Service, or similar role.
• Experience with hotel PMS is preferred.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Able to communicate clearly, professionally with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out, registration, and payments accurately.
• Address guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, room types, rates, and local attractions.
• Manage guest communications via telephone, email, and messages.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, and other departments.
• Remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure or during busy periods.
• Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality of information.
